Frosty
$6000
Frosty has been the barn favorite ever since he came to Lazy Oaks Ranch! He has the cutest teddy-bear appearance, with a huge white blaze and the most adorable frosted ear tips. When Frosty was younger, he lived in the Dakotas, where the extreme cold caused frostbite on the tips of his ears, which led to how he got his name. Frosty is 8 years old, stands 14.3 hands tall, and weighs approximately 1,000 lbs. His coat was bay when we first got him, but he has been graying out beautifully ever since.
He has the gentlest, calmest demeanor and just wants someone to love on him! Frosty is the ultimate in-your-pocket gelding, whether out on the trail or in the arena. Nothing really seems to faze this guy! We haven’t had him for very long, and he passed our program super quickly with flying colors. We only wish we had 10 of him! Frosty is the kind of horse that just about anyone could ride and enjoy. It’s been hard not to keep him ourselves!
