Cornbread
$6000
Cornbread is a perfect pony for kids on the trail and would also do great in gymkhana or at play days. We simply don’t find ponies this good very often, and we would keep her in a heartbeat if we were looking for another pony. She is as safe as she is well-trained, with more buttons than you typically find in ponies of this size. She can even be ridden bareback in a halter.
Our 6- and 8-year-old kids have ridden her all over the trails, including into the dark, without any trouble. She is fantastic with beginners, while a more experienced child will easily be able to trot and lope her at home or when trailering her out. She loads easily into the trailer and gets along well with other horses. We have kept her both in a stall and turned out on pasture with several other horses without any issues.
